Forged is a premium food brand creating meat unlike anything you’ve seen or tasted before. We create flavours and textures previously unachieved with cell culturing – meticulously searching hundreds of species of animals and selecting the perfect cells to create unique flavour and texture combinations.

To introduce the world to Forged, we wanted to create something wildly delicious and previously unachieved – a meat we haven’t seen on our plates before. Our ambition was to bring together a flavour and texture you can’t get anywhere else – a delightful contradiction that is both rich and delicate at once. We explored hundreds of different species and found that with cultured Japanese quail, we’re able to craft this rare pairing – a rich umami flavour with a weightless, melt-in-your-mouth quality.
