HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
Once your order is placed via our website and you have selected your preferred time-slot. If you are located within a 3km radius of Tippling Club, one of our team members will be jumping on specially designed Tippling Club bicycles sponsored by Mead-Asia and delivering to your doorstep.

WHAT ABOUT YOUR ISLAND WIDE DELIVERIES?
Island wide delivery is available from 12pm – 9pm everyday. Island wide delivery is charged at $10 per order as a flat fee.

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER?
Currently we have no minimum order fee in place via our website.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Whilst we would certainly love to deliver all of our products internationally, our fleet of Tippling Club private jets are not quite ready yet. But watch this space for some jet fuelled news coming soon….

DO YOU OFFER A CONTACT FREE DELIVERY?
Absolutely, our team’s safety and our customers safety is our top priority. If you would prefer contactless delivery please make a special request in the allocated box whilst placing your order.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
We are unable to offer refunds; all sales are final and not redeemable.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Depending on your chosen delivery slot and your proximity to Tippling Club. Deliveries within a 3km radius of Tippling Club will be made by one of our team. Once an order is placed, we aim to have it delivered within a 30-60-minute time frame.

For island wide deliveries, there is a 2 hour window from the chosen time slot, eg. If you order for 7pm it will arrive between the hours of 7pm – 9pm. Otherwise it will be delivered in the specified 2 hour time slot the next working day.

HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY CHARGE?
Within 3km of Tippling Club delivery is free. Island wide delivery is charged at $10 per order.

DO YOU DO SELF-COLLECTION?
We are certainly able to offer self-collection at Tippling Club. You can select our pick-up option and preferred time slot via our web shop and collect your order right from the doors of Tippling Club. Please be aware that social distancing measures will be in place during this time.

DO YOU DO SPECIAL REQUESTS?
We will endeavour to adhere to all special requests if possible. Please leave a note in the special request box when placing your order and we will contact you for further confirmation.
